I’m a fourth year university student majoring in Cell Biology and Genetics in UBC Vancouver. I also minor in Commerce which has exposed me to introductory finance and accounting courses, among other things. If all goes according to plan, I’ll be finished my degree in April 2009.
Due to school and other commitments, I haven’t yet decided whether I should write the Level 1 exam in December 2008 or June 2009. The most likely scenario is that I’ll try my best to prepare for the December exam. If I pass, that’s great. If I don’t, it would have been good practice for the June exam. That is the ideal solution, but since exam fees costs about $1000, it’s not very cost effective.
